The efforts to clean up Southgate plus the blight program have led City leaders to arrange for a once per month "large item" pickup for residents. The "Large Item Day" will be the first Tuesday of every month. Items for pick up will be furniture, appliances, and is limited to one or two large items per month.  Large items do not include excessive yard debris, tree limbs or construction materials. Items with freon are not accepted.

Please call CSI at 513-771-4200 to report that you have a large item and a general description of the items in advance so they know what to expect. Also available is a special service known as "hopper service".  CSI will pickup your unwanted items and charge you by "the hopper".  The cost is around $15.00 per hopper.  You must contact CSI to arrange this type of pickup.  If you have have questions or comments please contact the Clerk's Office at 441-0075.
